I wanted to share some of the pictures of John that we had posted at his funeral. My brother Erik spent a good deal of time digitizing all the many photos that were taken mostly my by dad who was quite a shutter bug.

As you can see, John was a happy and active young boy who grew up to be a caring and generous adult.

Race Update

Thank you all so much for registering for the John Rosen Memorial 5K and 1 Mile Fun walk. Whether you are joining us to run or walk or participating in the Virtual 5K, we thank you for your support and look forward to putting on a quality event for you.  Everything is falling into place for race day. When we get closer to the race date, I will send out another email with any important updates. Parking will probably be at a premium due to construction at the nearby Vienna Community Center. I will provide parking recommendations at a later date. We do have permission to park at the Vienna Elementary School which is right at the race start/finish.  Please spread the word about our event. Online registration will close October 16th but we will be taking cash-only registrations at packet pickup on Friday, October 21st and on race morning at the race site.
